Exercise 2 – Standing on one foot in skates

You will do the same thing as the exercise one but this time with skates on, preferably on a carpet where the wheels cannot roll. Repeat the same exercise by standing on one foot and again focus your mind, balance and weight on your shoulder of the employed side extending down the arm and to the hand. Again, notice how stable and still you will become. You should have very little wobble or movement in your ankles.

Continue to experiment with this by moving your free arm and free leg anywhere you like but maintain your focus and control in your shoulder and arm extending down to the hands on the employed side.
